#iptv is a media player application designed for streaming television content over the internet. IMPORTANT: The App does NOT provide, host, or supply any TV channels, videos, playlists, or streaming content. Users must import or add their own streaming links and playlists. The App developer does not host or provide any media content, and any screenshots or descriptions are examples only. All content accessed through the App is user-supplied.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to install and use the App on your personal devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or any part of it. All intellectual property rights in the App (including branding, code, and design) remain with the developer. You may not use the App for any commercial purposes without our written permission.
You bear full responsibility for all streams and content you access through the App. Since you provide the streaming links, you are accountable for ensuring that all content is lawful and that you have the legal right to stream such content. You warrant that you will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must only add content that you have the legal right to stream. The App does not endorse or promote the streaming of copyrighted material without permission from the copyright owner. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement. Any misuse of the App is solely your responsibility.

When you use the App to stream content, you are accessing third-party sources (your chosen IPTV stream providers). We do not control these third-party services or their content. Any data exchange that occurs when accessing streams (such as your IP address being visible to the stream source) is between you and that content provider, not with us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.
A stable internet connection is required for the App to function properly. We cannot be held responsible if the App doesn't work due to connectivity issues or if you have no data/Wi-Fi available. Streaming quality and availability depend on your network connection and the source of the stream. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or link will work at all times.
The App is distributed through third-party platforms (such as Apple's App Store). Your use of the App is also governed by the applicable App Store terms of service. You must comply with all App Store rules and policies in addition to these terms.
If the App offers premium features or in-app purchases, payment terms will be clearly explained. Any subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings. Prepaid fees are typically non-refundable. Free trial periods may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, meet all your expectations, or be available uninterrupted. All risk of using the App is with you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR MISSED OPPORTUNITIES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any. Since the content is user-provided, we are not liable for any offensive or illegal content you might encounter.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these terms, or any illegal activities conducted through the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We may also discontinue or withdraw the App from service in the future. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App from your devices.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. The App does not collect personal data and any user-provided streams are stored locally on your device.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
